1. Information We Collect

Accerte Tecnologia requests personal data only when strictly necessary to provide the requested services. Collection takes place in a fair and lawful manner, with your knowledge and explicit consent.

The data we may collect includes:

• Full name and contact information (email, phone/WhatsApp)
• Company name and industry
• Browsing and website usage information (cookies and access data)
• Data provided voluntarily through forms, the service chat and other contact channels on the website
• Origin of the contact, sent together with the form: the page where you entered the website, the form page, the website you came from and the campaign or link that brought you (UTM parameters). Ad click identifiers (gclid, fbclid and msclkid) are only sent when you accept all cookies.

The information collected is used exclusively to:

5. Information Sharing

Accerte Tecnologia does not share, sell or publicly disclose users' personal information to third parties, except:

• When expressly authorized by the data subject;
• When required by legal or judicial order;
• To essential service providers acting on our behalf and under our privacy guidelines.
• Google, Microsoft, RD Station and Adobe, which operate the tools described in section 6. The analytics and marketing tools only receive data when you accept all cookies; the cookieless Google Analytics signal, the reCAPTCHA check and the delivery of the website's font by Adobe happen in any case.
• Meta Platforms, Inc. and its applicable affiliates When you accept all cookies and submit the contact form, we share your name, email and phone number as SHA-256 hashes, plus your IP address, browser identification (user agent), and Meta click and browser identifiers (_fbc and _fbp), sent without hashing in the request payload, to measure the results of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram. The legal basis is your consent, and you may refuse it in the cookie banner without any impact on how we handle your request.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies, such as the browser's local storage. Analytics and marketing cookies are only activated when you click "Aceitar todos" (accept all) in the cookie notice. With "Apenas necessários" (necessary only) or "Recusar todos" (reject all), none of them is stored in your browser.

Necessary. They work regardless of your choice, because the website and its forms depend on them to work:

• Record of your choice in the cookie notice (accerte_cookie_consent, in the browser's local storage), for up to 6 months.
• Google reCAPTCHA (Google LLC): loaded when you start filling in a form, to prevent automated submissions. Google receives technical data about the browser and the interaction with the form to perform this check.
• Adobe Fonts (Adobe Inc.): delivers the website's font and counts page views for its licensing. It receives the IP address and the page visited, without storing cookies.

Origin of the visit. Also regardless of your choice, the page where you entered, the website you came from and the campaign or link that brought you are kept in the browser's session storage (accerte_entrada), which is cleared when the tab is closed. This record does not leave the browser on its own: it is sent together with the contact form, only when you submit it, and the ad click identifier (gclid, fbclid or msclkid) only when you accept all cookies.

Analytics, only with "Aceitar todos":

• Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC): measures visits, page views, traffic source, clicks, form submissions and page load time. Cookies _ga and _ga_4JD9W7RQ9L, for up to 2 years.
• Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation): records clicks, scrolling and movement on the page to generate heatmaps and browsing replays. Cookies _clck (1 year) and _clsk (1 day), plus cookies on Microsoft's own domains.

Marketing, only with "Aceitar todos":

• Google Ads and Google Signals (Google LLC): identify visits that came from a Google ad and allow Google to associate visits with the accounts of people signed in to it, for aggregated audience reports and for advertising. Cookie _gcl_aw, for 90 days, stored only when you arrive through a Google ad.
• Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.): measures the results of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram. Cookies _fbp and _fbc, for 90 days; _fbc is only stored when you arrive through a Meta ad.
• RD Station Marketing (RD Gestão e Sistemas S.A.): records the source of the visit, such as a campaign, link or search engine, to manage our email relationship. Cookie __trf.src, for 1 year.

When you choose "Apenas necessários" or "Recusar todos", Google Analytics still receives, for each page viewed, a cookieless signal that does not link one page to another and that Google uses only in aggregate to estimate the number of visits.

Google, Microsoft, Meta and Adobe may process this data outside Brazil, including in the United States, in accordance with each company's privacy policy.

You can set your browser to refuse cookies. However, this may affect some features of the website.

The choice made in the cookie notice is stored in your browser for up to 6 months. After that period, or if your browsing data is deleted, the notice will be displayed again to renew your consent.

If you switch from "Aceitar todos" to another option, the analytics and marketing tools stop using the cookies already stored, which remain in the browser until they expire or are deleted in its settings.

7. Links to Third-Party Websites

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. These websites have their own privacy policies, for which Accerte Tecnologia is not responsible. We recommend that you read the policies of the websites you visit.
