You point out the opportunity and follow everything by email. Accerte handles the validation, the invitation to the referred company and the negotiation itself.

The referred company receives an invitation by email or WhatsApp with a link to learn about Accerte. The referral is considered valid once the invitation is accepted and the site is accessed through the link.

The team checks whether the company profile meets the service criteria set by Accerte and whether the referral follows the program rules: only new private-sector clients count, and each lead counts only once.

The qualified lead follows the service flow: assessment, proposal and closing. The negotiation is handled by the Accerte sales team, and you follow every stage by email.

With the contract signed and the first installment paid, you request the redemption through the Ambassador Panel. The credit lands on your Caju benefits card within 20 business days.

From there, Accerte takes over, with the technical expertise and the support that keep critical operations running. You follow the stages by email and, once the deal closes, redeem the reward in the Ambassador Panel.

How the progression works: referrals are cumulative. Once you pass R$ 100,000 in closed deals you move from Master to Advanced; passing that same accumulated value at the new tier gets you to Expert. At the top, closed deals keep counting, with no further tier change.

Private sector
The program is exclusively for referrals of private companies. Public-sector agencies and businesses are not part of IndicAI.
New clients only
Companies with a current or previous contract with Accerte are not eligible, even if the referral is for a different service or product.
First to refer, wins
Each lead counts only once: the reward goes to the first Ambassador to submit the referral. And the referred company's email must be different from yours.
Invitation accepted, referral valid
The referred company receives an invitation by email or WhatsApp. The referral is only considered valid after they accept the invitation and access the site through the link.
Calculation basis
Services: value equivalent to 12 months of contract. Products: total sale value. That is the basis that defines the reward bracket.
Redeem in the panel
Redemption is requested exclusively through the Ambassador Panel, after the contract is signed and the first installment is paid. Once redeemed, the balance is reset to zero.
Paid on Caju
The reward lands on your Caju benefits card within 20 business days. Payments made by the 20th are released by the 10th of the following month.
Integrity
Fraud, abuse or rule violations disqualify the participant and cancel rewards. The program may be changed or discontinued, while honoring what has already been earned.

Who can take part in IndicAI?
Anyone, whether an individual or a company, can take part as an Accerte Ambassador, free of charge. The exceptions: business partners with a signed contract with Accerte cannot take part, and the program only applies to referrals of companies in the private sector.
What happens after I submit the referral?
The referred company receives an invitation by email or WhatsApp with a link to learn about Accerte, and the referral becomes valid once the invitation is accepted and the site is accessed through the link. After that, the lead goes through qualification and follows the sales flow: assessment, proposal and closing. You are informed of every stage by email.
When does my reward become available for redemption?
After the contract with the referred company is signed and the first installment is paid. You receive an email notification with the amounts available and request the redemption through the Ambassador Panel. For services, the value used in the calculation is the equivalent of 12 months of contract; for products, the total sale value.
How and when do I receive the payment?
The reward is paid on the Caju benefits card, within 20 business days after the redemption request. Payments made by the 20th of each month have their amounts released by the 10th of the following month. Once redeemed, the balance is reset to zero. To receive it, you need to be registered on the Ambassador Panel.
Can I refer the same company that someone else referred?
Each lead can only be referred once: the reward goes to the first Ambassador to submit the referral. Another important detail: the referred company's email must be different from yours.
Can I refer a company that is already an Accerte client?
No. Referrals of companies with a current or previous contract with Accerte are not eligible, even if the referral is for a different service or product.
How do I move up from Master to Advanced and Expert?
The tier change is automatic. Once you accumulate more than R$ 100,000 in closed deals you move from Master to Advanced; accumulating the same value at the new tier gets you to Expert, the top of the program. Referrals are cumulative.
Can the program change or end?
Accerte may change or discontinue IndicAI at any time, while honoring the payment of rewards already earned up to the date of the change. Fraud, abuse or rule violations disqualify the participant and cancel pending rewards. Questions: marketing@accerte.com.br.
